Low Cost: The AirWing is made of cardboard stamped out of dies, which is optimized to be automatically mass produce from standard production facilities of cardboard-based containers.
Safe: Once deployed, the AirWing always corrects its attitude to ensure successful landing at slow descent speed. The stable passive stability provides strong resistance to harsh weather conditions. The AirWing can be safely deployed over the crowd or urban locations.
Efficient Delivery: The AirWing features a unique “Shot-gun Approach” that will blanket the target area with thousands of AirWings. The approach ensures that most of the payload will land within the intended drop zone, and removes the need of establishing a centralized distribution center.
Quick Turnaround: The packaging of the AirWing can be done by factory facilities and shipped out in cargo containers to anywhere, ready to be deployed. The field packaging only requires minimally trained personnels to accomplished. The AirWing can be deployed from any aerial platform, including deployed from drones for higher precision drops.
Environment Friendly: The AirWing is made of cardboard that can be easily recycled. It can also be used as a source of fuel under emergency circumstances.
